Administration
Cohort delivery, run with your institution
Sponsored seats are not shared logins. Each student gets their own account, and access is granted and revoked seat by seat.
Cohort administration
Named cohorts with seat capacity, start and end dates, and enrollment windows. Your staff work with FFU to assign, activate, and revoke every seat.
Institutional reporting
Per-cohort progress, completion counts and rates, and per-learner detail — plus CSV export for your own reporting.
Attendance evidence
Optional session attendance and documented-activity records, with append-only, audited corrections, to support your own hours methodology.

Core certificate training

Software platform access for every sponsored seat
Each sponsored student receives their own authenticated learner account with progress tracking, watch-progress integrity, and downloadable course materials.
Institution-sponsored seat management
The institution assigns and revokes seats through its Founder point of contact. Access is granted atomically with the seat record and revoked the moment the seat is revoked — no shared logins, no manual entitlement handling.
Cohort administration
Named cohorts with seat capacity, planned start/end dates, enrollment windows, and a roster the institution controls.
Institutional administrator portal
A dedicated /workforce portal for designated institutional administrators, scoped so an administrator sees only their own organization's cohorts and learners.
Instructor / facilitator dashboard
Assigned instructors see their cohort roster and per-learner progress for the window of their assignment — without platform-admin rights.
Progress and completion reporting
Per-cohort progress, completion counts, completion rate, and per-learner detail — computed server-side from authoritative completion records.
CSV reporting export
Cohort reporting exported as CSV for the institution's own SIS, grant, or workforce reporting. No learner email or account internals are exported.
Attendance and documented-activity records
Optional session attendance and documented-activity records the institution can use as evidence under its own hours methodology. Corrections are append-only and audited.
Implementation and administrator support
Organization setup, administrator onboarding, cohort configuration, and a named FFU point of contact for the engagement.
Additional capabilities are confirmed in writing per engagement rather than assumed available.
The credential
The FFU certificate of completion
A certificate of completion issued by Freight Flow University to a student who completes the required courses of the program. FFU is moving to a single certificate awarded for completing the full program; issuance is not yet live and must not be promised as available today.
Issuance is server-controlled and will be verifiable when it is live — a student cannot self-issue a certificate, and eligibility is computed from completion records rather than self-reported progress. Your proposal will confirm the certificate timeline in writing before contracting.

Important
What this program is — and is not
- Freight Flow University is not an accredited institution. This is a non-credit professional development and workforce training program.
- The certificate is issued by Freight Flow University. It is not a university-issued credential and carries no academic or college credit unless the institution independently elects to award credit under its own authority and process.
- Completion confers no license, no operating authority, and no government approval. It is not a CDL, not a CDL preparation program, and not a substitute for any federal or state licensing requirement.
- FFU makes no guarantee of employment, placement, income, or business results.
- Course content is educational. It is not legal, tax, financial, insurance, or mechanical-safety advice.
- Published figures are video runtime and estimated self-paced learner effort. They are estimates only — not contact hours, clock hours, seat time, or credit hours. FFU does not assign contact or credit hours. An institution that must report clock or contact hours should use its own documented methodology; FFU's attendance and documented-activity records exist to support that, not to replace it.
